Dear Students,
We want to inform you that, effective June 23, 2025, there will be changes to our direct service hours.
- On Mondays, our office will be open from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
The operating hours for the other weekdays will remain the same.
This change will be in effect until the end of July 2025. - In August, we encourage all students to schedule appointments with the individual responsible for administrative support for their respective majors via email.
- Please note that the Dean and Vice Deans will temporarily suspend their regular office hours during this period.
For any urgent matters, you can contact the Dean of Graduate Studies directly via email.
